This script will find all the objects that have been modified in the last N days in database.

Update DBName and N-days in below Script

SELECT NAME AS object_name
    ,SCHEMA_NAME(schema_id) AS schema_name
    ,type_desc
    ,create_date
    ,modify_date

WHERE modify_date > GETDATE() – 10 --(<n_days>)
ORDER BY modify_date;
