Hi Folks,
In this article we are going to cover How to Reset Identity Column.

Problem Statement of SQL Script:
How to Reset Identity Column?
Description of SQL Script:
If We are using an identity column in a table, Using DBCC CHECKIDENT, we can reseed (reset) the identity value of the table. If there are 50 rows existing in our table and If we want next record to have identity as 2000, we can achieve this by Using DBCC Command.

DBCC CHECKIDENT (Tablename, reseed, 1999)
